The Signature Series: Pouring for the Everynight
A new line of candles in standard vessels, poured in the same soy and the same scents as the archive, made for the candle you light on a Tuesday.
The archive is where the one-of-a-kind vessels live. A sterling cup from 1890, a hand-cut decanter with a chip in the rim, a piece of porcelain that came out of an estate sale in a cardboard box labeled miscellaneous. Those candles are poured once and sold once, and when they are gone the vessel is gone with them.
That is the whole point of the archive, and it is not going anywhere. But it leaves a gap. Most of the candles we light in our own houses are not in antique vessels. They are in the cup we reach for on a Tuesday, the one that sits on the kitchen counter and gets lit while dinner is cooking and blown out before bed. The archive is for the evening. We needed something for the everynight.
The Signature Series is that something. Same 100% soy wax, no artificial coloring, same scent library we use for the custom commissions. The difference is the vessel. Instead of sourcing a single antique cup, we pour into a standard vessel we can reproduce, which means the candle you buy this month will be the same candle available next month. The scent is the constant. The vessel is the constant. The price is lower because the object is not rare.
Every scent in the library is available across the Signature Series. If you fell for a fragrance in a custom pour and the vessel is gone, you can get the same fragrance in a Signature Series candle and keep burning it. If you want to try a scent before committing to a custom commission, the sample sizes are there for that. The sample packs pull together four or five fragrances from a single family so you can walk through amber, or florals, or the seasonal set without buying full candles first.
We are also pouring diffusers into the same scent library. Same fragrances, no flame, for the rooms where a candle is not practical. A diffuser on a hallway table, a candle on the desk, the same scent threading through the house.
The Signature Series is not a lesser version of the archive. It is the other half of the same idea. The archive is for the object you will not find again. The Signature Series is for the scent you want to keep.
